BBQ

Nothing says summer like a BBQ, and it can be a great way to encourage guests to mingle. You could encourage a bit of networking by placing some garden games around such as giant snakes and ladders, or giant Jenga. Games are always a good way to get people talking!

For the actual BBQ itself, why not think outside the box and have a cook-off where teams compete to see who can produce the best burger? The best thing is that everyone can eat their entries! One thing to keep in mind with a BBQ is that the great British weather can often get in the way, so it is probably a good idea to hire a gazebo as well. For a James Bond or Monte Carlo theme, ask your guests to dress their best and serve them cocktails in cut glasses or Martinis that are shaken and not stirred.
